We have five large NC lathes capable of processing Φ1000 or more, with a maximum capability of Φ2200.
Hikoyama Seiki can also handle cylindrical grinding up to Φ1600.
・Capable of processing up to 14,000mm
We have four NC lathes with 8m to 14m core-to-core spacing, and are ready for the mass production of long rolls.
We can process the inner diameters of pipes up to 7m by making boring bars in-house, and have the capacity to conduct cylindrical grinding of pipes up to 10m.
・Optimized balance
To achieve optimal balance, we own 8 balancers, including a Φ2400 x 9000 dynamic balancer. We check the balance multiple times during processing to ensure the best possible balance upon completion.
